What the buyer is looking for
Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Entwicklung einer modularen, webbasierten Anwendung. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören eine responsive, intuitive Oberfläche, GIS-Integration (Kartendarstellung, räumliche Abfragen), Datenbankanbindung sowie Import-/Export-Schnittstellen, wobei eine von der TUM bereitgestellte Logik zur Datenverarbeitung und Qualitätsbewertung ebenso wie analytische, numerische und KI-Modelle für Echtzeitprognosen einzubinden sind. Gefordert sind eine modular erweiterbare Architektur, wartbarer und dokumentierter Quellcode sowie die vollständige Übergabe von Code und technischer Dokumentation an die TUM.
