Beseitigung von verkehrsgefährdenden Verunreinigungen auf Straßen und betroffenen Nebenanlagen im Stadtgebiet von Leipzig nach Verkehrsunfällen und sonstigen Havarien. Es wird mit 35 Reinigungen pro Jahr bzw. 140 Reinigungen (Höchst-Menge) während der kompletten Vertragslaufzeit gerechnet. Mit Erreichen der Höchstmenge verliert die Rahmenvereinbarung unabhängig von der Vertragslaufzeit ihre Wirkung.
