Bei der Instandsetzung des Gebäudes werden grundsätzlich alle Bürobereich, Gerichtssäle, allgemeine Räume und Flurbereiche saniert. Im KG werden lediglich in der Fläche neue Leuchten und deren Verkabelung mit neuen Beleuchtungsverteilern installiert. Der Eingangsbereich wurde schon saniert. Die Küche und Kanine im 3.OG gehören nicht zur Sanierungsmaßnahme. Grundsätzlich erfolgt die Versorgung der Arbeitsplätze über auf Wandkonsolen montierten Brüstungskanäle. Die Versorgung erfolgt über Sockelkanäle aus den Stockwerksverteilern.
