Das Wohngebäude soll bauphysikalisch und brandschutztechnisch aufgewertet werden. Durch eine Fassadendämmung und Gestaltung soll das Objekt gleichzeitig optisch und energetisch aufgewertet werden. Da das Gebäude (Fassade) zum Teil unter Denkmalsschutz steht, könnte die Dämmung dort an der Innenseite der Außenwände angebracht werden. Eine brandschutztechnische Betrachtung der allgemeinen Bereiche innerhalb des Gebäudes wurde extern beauftragt und die Umsetzung ist nicht Bestandteil dieser Planungsausschreibung.
