Die Projektsteuerung umfasst die Koordination und Steuerung des Gesamtprojekts hinsichtlich Termine, Kosten, Qualitäten und Organisation, die Abstimmung der Projektbeteiligten sowie die Unterstützung des Auftraggebers während der Planung und Realisierung bis zum Projektabschluss.
