Leistungsgrenze ist die Außenfassade, die Außenanlagen werden durch ein gesondertes Gewerk gereinigt. Die Reinigung umfasst neben Räumen mit Schul-, Büro- und Sportnutzung sowie mehreren sanitären Anlagen in kleineren und größeren Ausführungen, mehreren Technik- und Lagerflächen auch größere Foyers, eine Aula, eine Sporthalle und ein Schwimmbad. Insbesondere die letztgenannten Bereiche weisen große Raumhöhen und großflächige Glasfassaden auf.
