Der Auftragnehmer (AN) stellt der TK ein Digital Asset Management (DAM) System als serverbasierte Web-Anwendung über eine Benutzeroberfläche zur Nutzung bereit und hostet die Anwendung entsprechend. Zu Vertragsbeginn migriert er bei der TK vorhandene (Bewegt-)Bilder in das DAM-System. Außerdem erbringt er für die TK nach Bedarf verschiedene weitere Dienstleistungen wie z. B. Schulungen oder Programmierleistungen. Für weitere Einzelheiten wird auf die Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen.
