Negotiated procedure without prior publication of a tender notice, to be conducted pursuant to art. 187 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, for the award of the Concession pursuant to arts. 176 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, of the refreshment service with free loan, through the overall installation of 6 (six) automatic vending machines plus 2 (two) water dispensing columns connected to the water network, of which: 4 (four) automatic vending machines and 2 (two) water dispensing columns
